SIPtember Silliness

September is always a nice month on the Gold Coast with spring weather joining us, SIP week, school holidays and the early start of the silly season. Speaking of the early start of the silly season.. it brought us our LOVED (or dreaded) workout SILLY SEPTEMBER, for those that have tried it Well Done! If you have not yet, do not stress, there is still time to challenge yourself and even challenge us trainers. Of course we cannot forget about SIP week, thank you to all who donated to help our team raise over $10,000 for the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation!!

Each time we reflect on a board we are blown away by the progress occurring inside and outside of Strides. Celebrating our wins big and small is something we know we will never tire of. Amongst our team there were weddings, babies podcasts, new houses and Marathons. If only we could list everything our clients achieve, but I don't think this email thread is long enough.

- NICK - Performed hist first post injury chest press

- DEE - performed a pull up

- BILLLY - moved back home

THE UNAFFECTED PODCAST

If you haven't yet checked out the deepest voice in Aust. Nick Dempsey and the best Vocabulary in Aust. Jack, well youre missing out. Make sure you check out the boys chatting with the family or friend of those affected by various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. You never know you may just learn a thing or two, have a laugh or even a cry.

MAKING STRIDES DRINK BOTTLES

We have searched high and low for a durable drink bottle that suits many functions, easy to open, handy finger loop to hold, not too expensive and holds enough water without being too heavy. We finally found one we think ticks these boxes and we are excited for it to now be available for only $12.00.
